In order to conduct securities transactions of any securities, clients are required to have bank account, DMAT account and a broker account. We here at Opal securities, considering the need of time allow our prospect clients to open online and offline accounts with us. Clients, who wishes to open online accounts are requested to visit the website https://tms04.nepsetms.com.np/client-registration and submit their application online. If the clients wish to open offline accounts with us they can do so by visiting our office and submitting the required documents.

2. Copy of crossed bank cheque
3. DMAT Confirmation (My profile from Meroshare login/ DMAT cheque)
4. PAN (If you wish to conduct transaction in excess of 5 lakh rupees)
5. Passport size photo (2 pics)
    

Corporate

1. Registration Certificate
2. PAN Certificate
3. MOA and AOA
4. Minute of board meeting to open account by mentioning name of signatory
5. Copy of crossed bank cheque
6. DMAT confirmation (My profile from Meroshare login/ DMAT cheque)
